Terms of Stay

1. The Agreement

These terms govern your reservation, stay and use of services at Eucalyptus Stay Melbourne, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006. By confirming a booking or entering the estate you accept them. Where a written contract applies (events, buyouts, memberships), it prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Bookings & Rates

• Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Flexible rates may be modified or cancelled until 16:00 the day before arrival; prepaid and event rates follow the schedule on your confirmation (see Refund Policy).
• The Best Rate Guarantee matches lower public rates found within 24 hours of direct booking.
• Check-in from 15:00; check-out at 11:00 unless a later arrangement is confirmed.

3. Payment & Incidentals

A pre-authorisation of one night plus A$250 for incidentals is taken on arrival. Villa and package bookings carry the deposit schedule stated at booking. Charges to your suite are payable on departure; accounts over fourteen days are settled weekly.

4. The Casino

• The gaming floor is restricted to persons aged 18+ with acceptable ID.
• All play is subject to the approved rules of each game and our VGCCC licence conditions.
• Responsible-play limits, self-exclusion and support services are available at the cage and through your host.
• Photography, recording and drones are prohibited on the gaming floor.

5. House Rules

• The towers are non-smoking; a designated cigar terrace is provided on Level 3.
• Quiet hours run 22:00–07:00 on residential floors.
• Pets under 15 kg stay on designated floors under the pet program; assistance animals are welcome throughout.
• Damage beyond fair wear is charged at repair cost plus lost availability.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the estate's liability for services is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply. Valuables should use the in-suite safe or the vault service; liability for unsecured items is limited under the Innkeepers Act (Vic). Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
