Before You Book
The three questions the desk hears most — answered plainly.
None — most students have never touched a chip. The class assumes zero knowledge and builds to confident play in ninety minutes.
Not during class — everything runs on practice chips. If you choose to play afterwards, that's your evening, with the same responsible-play rules as any guest.
Seats release to residents first and often hold until 18:00 same-day — ask the concierge; cancellations are common.
